Mr. Alexandre Petrossian, Caviar Specialist, displaying Alverta President Caviar

POWER could not think of a better way to start off a Monday morning than to feast on a lavish caviar and champagne breakfast hosted by the caviar masters at Petrossian Paris Beverly Hills.

The world-renowned French-influenced gourmet shop showcased its latest caviar called the Alverta President White Sturgeon Oscietra. Some of the city's finest chefs came to sample caviar from this farmed Sturgeon varietal. The golden-hued caviar did not disappoint. The caviar's crisp texture quickly gave way to a mild flavor that satisfied the palate with classic caviar flavors that is not overbearing.

Alexandre Petrossian flew in from Paris to greet guests and discuss the process behind cultivating such fine farm-bred caviar. Petrossian Paris representative, Bertrand Brzezinski, was on hand to answer guest inquiries on the full range of Petrossian’s delicacies. Notable foodies attended, including Joe's Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Joshua Gil; Pamplemousse Grille's Pam Schwartz; The Wine Merchant on Little Santa Monica's Rita Barsoumian; Bernard O's Chef de Cuisine Aron J. Schwartz; and Sofitel Los Angeles Executive Chef Sebastien Pfeiffer.

Prestigious spirits maker, Maisons Marques & Domaines, offered some of its finest champagne to complement the savory flavor of the Petrossian caviar.

Fine chocolate, black truffles, canopies with foie gras, and Petrossian’s caviar-- now that's the breakfast that personifies the royal treatment!
