Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro

Hollywood Races to Erase M.S.

Nancy Davis and Tommy Hilfiger united for the 11th Annual Race To Erase Benefit event, which raises funds for multiple sclerosis. The indefatigable Nancy Davis (who has MS), and Tommy, whose sister Susie also suffers from it, both made sure their event lives up to it's lively, inventive themes, and this year's 'Glam Rock', was no exception. The stars came out: Ray Romano, The Shield's Michael Chiklis, Don Rickles, Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra, NYPD Blue's Henry Simmons, actresses Francis Fisher, Bai Ling, and Lara Flynn Boyle, Taxi's Marilu Henner, director Penny Marshall, Ed McMahon, Jon Lovitz, with his date, '70s uber-model Janice Dickinson, author Jackie Collins as well as Hollywood's elite, producer Steve Tisch and his lovely wife, Jaime, all the Davis clan, including patriarch Hollywood honcho Marvin Davis and his classy wife, Barbara, and many more power players.

The evening started with a silent auction, and then moved into a live auction with Bill Maher, Tom Arnold, and Tony Danza playing the role of the auctioneers. The crowd quickly bid on items such as a Maserati sports car, two first class tickets to Milan to watch the fashion shows, a private fashion show for 20 people at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills and a chance to design your own M.A.C. lipstick. Talk show host Montel Williams bought an English bulldog puppy for US $16,000. Then, the famous fashion show took place, with stars and starlets strutting Tommy's sexy, sophisticated designs on the runway.

Sexy talk show host Lisa Rinna and actor hubby, Harry Hamlin, The OC's Mischa Barton and Nancy's adorable son, Brandon Davis (they're dating), NYPD Blue's lovely Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, actress Michelle Rodriguez and Entertainment Tonight's sexy Maria Menounos all took part in a fun take off of the fashion runway model mode. "Girls Just Want to Have Fun's" Cyndi Lauper then took the stage, wowing the crowd with rocker David Lee Roth following. While raising money (US $2.5 million) for a serious cause, this event is one of Hollywood's most fun exciting where the powerful come out in droves.
