Gourmet on Fire!

Food aficionados and their appetites were in for a real treat as Los Angeles chefs and personalities Michael Cimarusti (Executive Chef/Owner of Providence), Aaron Robins (Chef/Owner of Boneyard Bistro), Michael Rosen and Leonard Schwartz (Chef/Owners of Zeke’s Smokehouse), Suzanne Tracht (Executive Chef/Owner of JAR), and Gregg J. Wangard (Executive Chef of Loews Santa Monica restaurant Ocean and Vine) fired up the grill for Gourmet Magazine’s Fourth Annual Gourmet on Fire!

The barbecue, sponsored by Cavit Collection, Fiji Water, Häagen-Dazs, Kerrygold Cheeses and Butters, and Stella Artois, served fabulous flame-broiled cuisine and beautiful wines and cocktails personally selected by Gourmet’s own Wine & Spirits Consultant Michael Green.

Proceeds from the sizzling event, held poolside at the luxurious Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, benefited the Venice Family Clinic, a non-profit organization that provides low-income and uninsured children and adults quality medical, mental health, and child development services in the West Los Angeles area.
