Other guests, including Paris Hilton and Sara Ramirez, were invited to sample Godiva chocolate martinis as they danced to tunes played by a live band.

20th Century Fox
Man of the evening, Forest Whitaker, took a moment to reflect on his Best Actor win at the 20th Century Fox fete.  Meanwhile, Felicity Huffman, a Best Actress winner last year (Transamerica) and a Best Actress nominee (Desperate Housewives) this year, appeared to be having a great time as she chatted with her husband William H. Macy.

NBC Universal
Boardroom honcho Donald Trump made an appearance at the NBC Universal with his lovely wife, Melania, by his side. In the meantime, members from another office, the TV show that is, struck up a conversation with Golden Globe nominee Ben Affleck (Hollywoodland).

The HBO poolside bash proved to be a splash with Best Supporting Actor winner Jeremy Irons and Best Actor nominee Bill Paxton of the HBO TV drama Big Love. Some guests took refuge inside to indulge in ravioli and mashed potatoes.

Paramount Pictures
And Director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, who snagged the Best Picture honor for Babel, capped off the evening at the Paramount Pictures party. Ellen Pompeo of Grey’s Anatomy also attended.
