Some of Hollywood’s leading ladies and business executives recently honored Sara Ramirez (Grey’s Anatomy), Space Between the Stars' author Deborah Santana, Nancy Utley of Fox Searchlight and Louise Ward of Innovative Artists Agency for the fourth annual Step Up Inspiration Awards.

Hosts Jessica Alba, Mimi Rogers, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Elizabeth Rohm, Jane Buckingham, Adriana Alberghetti and Kerry Washington along with event sponsor Escada welcomed Joanna Garcia, Ashley Jones, Sarah Jane Morris, Kelly Rutherford, Lacey Chabert, Melissa George, and former Miss USA Brooke Lee to the posh Beverly Wilshire Hotel. As they made their way to the red carpet, many celebrities were spotted wearing the 2007 Step Up Women’s Network bracelet, a Roberta Chiarella designed charm bracelet adorned with gorgeous Swarovski crystals.  

After striking their million dollar poses, attendees headed inside for a lavish luncheon. Presenters Aisha Tyler and Alfre Woodard then headed to the stage to hand out the prestigious awards.

Proceeds from the event benefited Step Up, a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening community resources for women and girls.
